Save the Children is the NGO for international children, operating in about 120 countries around the world transcending race, religion, and political ideologies to realize a healthy start, an education and protection from harm. This year, Jeonju IFF celebrates the 100th anniversary of Save the Children and focuses on the rights of children in film. Featuring coming-of-age film Amanda about a relationship between seven-year-old Amanda who lost her mother from the mass shooting in Paris with her uncle, The talk will address about people who overcome loss through the film.
